Mega Young Screening Technology Co.,Ltd export one new MH-TD36 model gyratory sifter to one Mexico customer, the customer has bought 3 sets such model gyatory sifter and one set side door access gyratory sifter from the year 2015 to 2017, they are satisfied on our gyratory sifter screening performance, so they sent us the fifth order two month ago to buy one new model screener, they use the screener to screening 2mesh to 60 mesh perlite material.
For perlite screening and separation, because the perlite bulk density is very little, if use high frequency vibrating sifter, the high frency force could bring the perlite powder into the air, it is not good for next screening, so the reciprocating-gyratory motion sifter is one best choice for the perlite because there is no vertilce jump for the perlite on the sifter screener mesh surface, the material could pass the mesh aperture soon.
