Installation and adjustment for the gyratory screener

After installation, shall adjust the adjustable bolt, to make sure the screen box have a proper angle.

Adjust the pressure device for screen deck, then lock the bolt.
Test run inspection.

Please move out the sundries and check the lubrication situation, please make sure the tightness of the V-belt is proper.

Please test run the equipment for 1-2s first so as to avoid accident first, then check the force situation of the suspension cable.

Check whether there are un-normal noisy, un-regular vibration and high temperature up for the bearing.。

Shall feeding the material evenly after test run without load.。

Please check the components operation situation after feeding material, check the material flow situation during sizing and moving.

Check the sealing situation.
