Stationary screener deck:
The screener include Grille mesh and strip mesh, the grille usual is rectangular or circular. The screen deck slop angle usual is 25-85 degrees. The screener deck is stationary and the material just flow down along the screener deck. The structure of his model screener is simple and easy to be assembled, it is mainly for primary screening after crushing, it do not need energy, but the screening efficiency is very low, usual is about 50%-60% .

The rotary screener deck
The Working part of the screener is one drum shape, all the deck rotate around the center shaft, the slope angle of the shaft always is little, the material feed into the drum from one side, the little size material will pass the drum surface mesh aperture and the oversize material will be discharge from other size of the drum, the rotation speed always is low.

Vibration deck
The screener structure consist of vibrating motor, screener box, springand screen deck.
Refer to the vibration method difference, it include linear screener, gyratory screener, sway screener, circular vibration screener.
