Screening types
As we know, the gyratory screening equipment is mainly for separating material by size.
Base on the final screening purpose , we could take them as three types: scalping , fine material removing, and
grading (sizing)
For the scalping, it is for removing the oversize material from customer request finished production material, the
amount of the oversize material is very little, always less than 5%
For the fines material removing, it says that there are a small quantity of fine material in the mixture bulk
material, and we will screening out the fine material from the request production, the fine material content also
always less
than 10%
For the grading screening, also could call it sizing screening, we could separate the material into several
specific size material no matter the material size distribution.
