MHG series gyratory screens  is similar with M serial gyratory screen such as the screening principle, screening efficiency and application, just except the screen deck structure.

In some customer application technical process, the customer need always renew the screens mesh, if  the renew time for screening mesh is too long, or it is very difficult for replacing the screen mesh,  it will take too much time for stopping the equipment work if replacing mesh for several times, so it will affect the production output at last, the MHG series gyratory screens is for solving above problem, and the MHG gyratory screen has following features:  

1.The operation of replacing gyratory screens mesh convenient, one worker could finish the mesh replacing work within 10 mins for one complete equipment, which save the equipment stop time and save the labor energy cost, it increase the screening capacity at last.


2.One layer screens deck consist several little piece screen deck, if some section is worn out, we just need renew the broken little piece screen mesh but not the complete layer screen mesh, so it save the mesh cost.


3.The area of each little piece screen mesh is 1/8 –1/2 of complete layer screens deck, so it do not take much room when renewing the screen mesh.

The gyratory screens  deck consist of screesn mesh, self-cleaning ball and support screen deck, The self-cleaning ball will impact the screen mesh for keeping from screen mesh aperture block, so the working principle of screen deck is same with the M series gyratory vibrating screens.

The difference between the M series gyratory vibrating screens  and MHG series gyratory screens  include following: One layer complete screen deck include several little independent screen deck, and each little screen deck has its own independent mesh fasten device, and replace the screen deck from two side of the screener box, For M series gyratory screens, we replace the screen deck from the top of the screen box.

1.The screen deck assembly: The screen mesh and the support screen deck is apart, we press them together via the fasten device under the support screen deck, when loosen the fasten device, we could take out the screen mesh easily, then put into the new screen deck and fasten it again, the mesh replacing work is finished now.

2.Side gate : the gate for replacing the mesh locate on the two side of the screener box, when renewing the screen deck, we just need loosen the fasten device and take out the old screen mesh then put into one new screen mesh, close the screen side gate at last, we do not need release the top cover and other flexible connection, so we could avoid the extra work.

MHG type gyratory screens sifter is mainly for screening some kind material with strong abrasiveness, or the screener mesh aperture is very little, need always replace the screen mesh, for example the garnet powder, limestone powder, metal powder and some high density particle material and powder material.

MHG series gyratory vibrating screens  is much better for  some industry application process, the customer need change the working screen mesh regularly base on request production size or color, for example different color PVC pellet or different size silica sand.
