For normal vibrating screen no matter with single layer screen deck or multiple layers deck, they feed the material from top first layer screen deck, then the material pass through the screen mesh layer by layer, the material will flow out after the material pass the lowest layer screen deck, then the screener work is finished, there are only one screening unit in one screener box, MPB series gyratory screen separator  consist of 2 or more screening unit in its box, the feeding device feed the different screening unit at the same time, so the different screening unit could get the raw material and screen it at the same time. We could take it as several gyratory screener work in one screen box.

The is one slop chute at the MPG series gyratory screen separator  material feeding end, when the material fall onto the slope chute, the MPG series gyratory screen separator will disperse the material via its gyratory reciprocating motion, then the material flow into different screening unit, then it real the screening result with several screening unit.
There are blinding plate between each two screening unit, it avoid the overflow from one to another, this could make sure the screening precision.
Because the same size material flow out from the same outlet, and just there is one inlet for the MPG screener, so it is easy to arrange its upstream and downstream equipments, save the installation room.
Different with M series and MPG series Gyratory Screener, the sealing gate of MPB gyratory screen separator locate on the material discharging end, we just need open the gate to take out the old screen mesh when we renew the screen deck.
